What is the relationship between BAREIS MLS and Zenlist?
Zenlist is a local technology company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Zenlist and BAREIS MLS have launched a partnership where Zenlist is an alternative “front end” (website and mobile application) to access BAREIS MLS listings.
Is Zenlist and IDX website or public portal?
No. Zenlist has proprietary data only available to BAREIS members and their clients. Zenlist is an invitation-only platform that provides your clients with access to ALL listings from BAREIS, including: Active listings, Coming Soon listings, listings with off-market statuses, plus additional data on listings not available on public sites.

With Zenlist, you'll directly invite your clients to grant them access to advanced searching and more inventory that they can't obtain elsewhere.
Is Zenlist free with my BAREIS membership?
Zenlist Starter is free for all BAREIS agents and includes all of the benefits listed on this page. In December you will be able to upgrade your account starting at $39/month.
So, is there a paid version of Zenlist?
Yes, Pro & Top Agent are paid versions of Zenlist with premium features that enables enhanced collaboration with unlimited client groups, comprehensive seller reports, unlimited client insights and more!

Upgrades to Pro & Top Agent are now live and all BAREIS agents have the option to upgrade their account within Zenlist. Agents will not be automatically upgraded without personally selecting an upgrade option.
Do you offer team pricing for Pro & Top Agent?
