What is the relationship between SFARMLS and Zenlist?
Zenlist is a local technology company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Zenlist and SFARMLS have launched a first-of-its-kind partnership where Zenlist is an alternative “front end” (website and mobile application) to access SFARMLS listings.
Is Zenlist an IDX website or public website?
No. Zenlist has proprietary data only available to SFAR members and their clients. Zenlist is an invitation-only platform that provides your clients with access to ALL listings from SFAR, including: Active listings, Coming Soon listings, listings with off-market statuses, plus additional data on listings not available on public sites.
With Zenlist, you'll directly invite your clients to grant them access to advanced searching and more inventory that they can't obtain elsewhere.
Is Zenlist free with my SFAR membership?
Zenlist Starter is free for all SFAR agents and includes all of the benefits listed on this page. In February you will be able to upgrade your account starting at $39/month.
So, is there a paid version of Zenlist?
Yes, Zenlist Pro is a paid version with advanced features that enables collaboration with unlimited clients.
All SFAR agents will be on Zenlist Legacy through January 31, 2024. After that, all agents will be put on Zenlist's SFAR Mobile plan at no cost. After that time, if you would like to upgrade your account, you can do so in your account settings. Agents will not be automatically upgraded without personally choosing to upgrade, and will receive a notification with the option to upgrade in early 2024.
Can I enter/edit listings into SFARMLS via Zenlist?
Coming in the summer of 2024, you'll be able to enter and manage your listings in SFARMLS via Zenlist Listing input and edit will be available on both web and the mobile app.
